Delete a TBoard account.

You can delete the account and associated TBoard data from the app. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

  1. Open TBoard and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account, then choose Delete Account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the account, communication-circle membership, messages, cloud lesson progress, and other data associated with the account.

If you cannot access TBoard

Email support@mutedlabs.com from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “TBoard account deletion request” and include the account email. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a limited record must be retained for fraud prevention, safety, or a legal obligation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting a TBoard account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store account that purchased it to prevent future renewal.
